Job Summary
Region Lead - Brokerage at ODW Logistics responsible for securing carrier solutions within the U.S. regions, developing Brokers, and leading the regional brokerage team. Oversees daily and weekly load coverage, manages schedules and PTO, serves as primary after-hours contact, aids in P&L understanding, oversees carrier vetting and onboarding, recruits carriers, acts as SME for the assigned region, drives continuous improvement, and analyzes market trends and pricing. Requires experience in supply chain, brokerage operations, carrier relations, and cross-functional coordination; strong communication and project-management capabilities are desired.
