Job Summary
Serve as the key HR business partner to Operations leadership and Plant Managers, acting as a trusted advisor to coaching staff and resolving escalated employee relations concerns. Oversee day-to-day HR department operations, monitor KPIs, and use workforce analytics to guide people decisions. Lead a team of plant HR professionals, developing talent pipelines and ensuring site engagement programs are effective. Build organizational capability through recruitment, performance management, and employee development programs. Provide guidance on leaves of absences, ADA accommodations, and claims resolution while developing scalable policies that comply with federal and state laws. This role supports Profile's People strategy across US and non-US locations, fostering a high-performance culture. Requires 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment and 40% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- extensive proven work experience in a Field HR leader position
- Proven track record of strong multi-site leadership skills
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Solid comprehension of federal and state employment laws
- Ability to work effectively independently as part of a team
- Intermediate computer skills with a high proficiency in MS Suite of products
- Highly detail oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret results to create effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High stress tolerance in sometimes difficult situations
- Effective planning/organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
