Region Equipment Specialist – SSA Pressure Pumping

Region Equipment Specialist – SSA Pressure Pumping is responsible for equipment management, planning and procurement in collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring and forecasting equipment usage, and driving KPIs for the region and globally. The role ensures equipment readiness for job mobilization, compliance with Baker Hughes standards and internal health, safety and environment policies, and ongoing updates to internal systems and processes. Qualifications include solid SAP experience, asset management understanding, knowledge of oilfield pressure pumping operations, asset planning/forecasting, and the ability to communicate in English. The position supports a regular daily working pattern in the Ghana region (Takoradi).
