Job Summary
Provide engineering leadership and support for the planning, design, installation, and optimization of new and existing equipment and processes across three regional locations. Collaborate with production and staff to investigate, analyze, and plan corrective actions for production issues involving engineering considerations. Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with strong project management experience. Requires a B.S. in Engineering with 8-10 years in manufacturing, P.E. preferred.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical)
- 8-10 years industry-related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of process improvement concepts
- Working knowledge of data analysis
- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to participate on and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong project management experience, particularly of complex projects
