Job Summary
Oversee and provide dynamic leadership in patient financial services, ensuring efficient revenue cycles while spearheading short- and long-term financial planning, capital and operational budgeting, and strategies for capital accumulation. Direct financial operations, leverage information systems to enhance reporting, and hold overall responsibility for recommending financial policies and developing operational procedures to ensure robust governance and compliance. Plans, directs, and evaluates the operations of the Financial Services division, including the FHS Business Office, General Financial Services, Property Management, Patient Access, Health Information Management, Management Services Organization (PHN), and Non-Governmental Reimbursement. Serves as a member of various system-wide committees involved in policy and procedure development, program planning, and conflict resolution. This role requires a proven track record in senior financial leadership within a complex organizational structure, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Other in accounting, finance, or related field, upon hire and
- Masters Other in business administration, hospital administration or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired, upon hire and
- five (5) years experience in hospital financial management
