Job Summary
Region Account Manager for Grocery Central leads strategic sales initiatives in the Grocery and Natural channel, building and maintaining relationships with national and regional Grocery customers, negotiating contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing leadership and forecasting to drive revenue growth. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of Grocery-CPG sales experience, strong negotiation and leadership skills, ability to analyze market trends, and willingness to travel. Remote work is allowed, provided the candidate lives near a major Central US airport in Texas; no relocation is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the Grocery channel in the CPG industry
- Proven ability to build and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel
