Job Summary
Manage a 30-person regional team across Brussels, Antwerp, and Hasselt, overseeing leadership, capacity planning, and knowledge development. Monitor and execute SLAs to ensure quality while handling local escalations. Drive profitability by managing EBITDA, local costs, and KPI reporting. Harmonize processes and tools to integrate two distinct company cultures into a single identity at the new Brussels HQ.
