Job Summary
Lead regional expansion and commercial growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and active business development, including prospecting in Flanders for public tenders and key accounts. Manage a team of 25 technicians, project managers, planners, and customer service staff while overseeing project planning, quality, safety, and operational policy implementation. Drive financial management, risk control, and compliance while coaching project managers on sales skills and leading team development initiatives. Work within an innovative KMO firm specializing in safety and maintenance solutions, offering a collaborative environment with flexible hours and potential for remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Elektronica-ICT, Industriële Wetenschappen, ...)
- Grondige kennis van bouw - en/of installatiesector (elektrotechniek, detectiesystemen)
- Ervaring in het aansturen van teams
- Commerciële ervaring: cross - en up-selling, farming en business development
- Ervaring in het parallel managen van meerdere projecten
- Ervaring met P&L-verantwoordelijkheid op regiovlak en forecasting
- Digitaal vaardig (ERP/CRM, planningssoftware, rapporteringtools)
- Woonachtig in West-Vlaanderen en vertrouwd met de regionale markt
