Regieverpleegkundige cardiologie

Coordinate care for assigned patients on the 13-bed cardiology unit by leading the nursing process, applying clinical reasoning, and prioritizing tasks for patients with varying cardiac conditions. Coach colleagues in daily practice, contribute to quality improvement projects, and collaborate with cardiologists and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. Work within a dynamic environment where teamwork and personal attention are central, occasionally supporting the adjacent neurology cluster. The role combines direct patient care with a supervisory function, requiring an HBO nursing degree and BIG registration. Experience in cardiac care is preferred, along with telemetrie training or willingness to undergo it. The position offers a one-year contract for 24–32 hours per week, with an intention to convert to permanent employment, and includes a salary range of €3,463 to €4,914 gross per month.
