Job Summary
Regenerative Surgical Specialist role in Houston, TX within the Direct Sales team. Responsibilities include selling Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide to ORs, clinics, and hospitals; managing revenues focusing on new accounts and existing accounts; conducting in-services with OR staff; reporting sales and forecasts via Pipedrive; maintaining customer data in CRM; educating customers on product reimbursement; leveraging marketing and educational tools; supporting go-to-market strategy; and traveling as needed for meetings and corporate offices. Requires 5+ years in medical sales (preferably in ORs), proven ability to close large hospital contracts, strong sales planning and execution skills, capability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment, self-motivation, problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business, Science, or Medical field
- 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms
- Proven experience developing new business in hospitals, calling on surgeons, and closing large-scale contracts with hospitals (operating rooms)
- High-energy, creative, flexible, results-oriented individual
- Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced, multinational work environment
- Self-motivated with initiative and limited supervision
- Strong strategic and analytical sales skills; understanding of sales process and territory development
- Knowledge of trends in biotechnology and bio-manufacturing market
- Ability to travel frequently
- Team player with leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills
