Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized product recommendations and processing transactions. Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives by maintaining merchandise presentations, handling inquiries and returns, and ensuring accurate signage and stock replenishment. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and build genuine relationships that foster customer loyalty. Support store operations through asset protection, safety protocols, and tasks like pricing and promotional set support. Requires physical ability to move, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
