Job Summary
Floor Staff at a Regal cinema, with duties across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Responsibilities include operating POS systems and handling cash/credit card transactions, upselling Premium Viewing Experiences, promoting the Regal Crown Club program, ensuring MPAA rating compliance, responding to guest questions, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to company policies. Roles may be assigned to Box Office, Concession, or Usher; requires regular attendance and compliance with training materials, dress code, and safety standards. If alcohol is served at the theatre, you must meet legal age requirements and complete related training. Physical duties include standing/walking and occasional lifting up to 60 pounds. Cast certification and Regal beverage server training are required or in progress. This is a part-time opportunity with potential weekend and morning shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- Alcohol training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training for locations selling alcohol (where applicable)
