Job Summary
Operate and supervise the theatre, administering all policies and ensuring guest satisfaction while managing staff training, hiring, and scheduling. Manage daily financial reconciliation for all payment modes, control operating costs through inventory auditing and supply purchasing, and oversee theatre maintenance including minor repairs. Operate projection and audio-visual equipment, handle film threading and maintenance, and monitor risk management for employee and patron safety. Ensure compliance with alcohol certification and training where applicable, and coordinate marketing promotions and show time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (if not currently a high school student)
- At least three months supervisory experience
- 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program
- A combination of supervisory and theatre experience
- Showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management (subject to VP approval)
- Legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws (if assigned duties include selling/serving alcohol)
- Completion of any legally required state or local training for alcohol service
- Required certificate for alcohol service
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
- Good public speaking skills
- Effectively communicate in both oral and written form with employees, vendors, corporate staff, etc.
