Job Summary
Administer all Regal policies, manage cash procedures, and control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels. Supervise all staff positions including hiring, training, developing, and scheduling employees while ensuring required alcohol certification is current. Oversee theatre maintenance, janitorial standards, and risk management regarding team and guest safety. Direct operations by controlling costs, purchasing supplies, and auditing inventory processes. Manage guest relations, marketing promotions, and show time scheduling while counting, depositing, and reconciling all receipts including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of post-secondary education in Business
- Two years management or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of all systems within facility in Booth and Projection technology including maintenance, programming, TMS operation and all related projection skills
- Good public speaking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written form with employees, vendors, corporate staff, etc.
- Ability to listen effectively, respond clearly and directly, and explain information to others
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
- Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems
- Ability to evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, reach conclusions based on evidence, and implement solutions
- Ability to take action beyond what is necessarily called for, and perform tasks with a minimal amount of supervision
- Ability to perform under pressure and/or opposition
- Proven experience with PC platforms
- Knowledge of basic office programs including but not limited to e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to operate copiers and other office equipment
- Ability to devise and access different filing systems
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
- Ability to use tools and equipment with dexterity
- Ability to perform mechanical tasks as necessary
