Job Summary
Floor Staff across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles provide exceptional guest service, operate POS systems, handle cash and transactions, upsell Premium Viewing experiences, promote the Regal Crown Club, ensure MPAA compliance and safety, maintain cleanliness, and support opening/closing duties. Responsibilities include regular attendance, emergency handling, and adhering to the dress code while performing role-specific tasks in Box Office, Concession, or Usher functions. Cast certification progress is required, and alcohol-service training may be needed where applicable. Strong communication, math, and customer-service skills are essential for effectively assisting guests and maintaining a positive theatre environment.
