Job Summary
Part-time Cast Members at Regal Cinemas in Watertown, NY will serve guests across roles in Box Office, Concessions, or Usher, operate POS systems, handle cash and sales, upsell Premium Viewing experiences, promote the Regal Crown Club, enforce MPAA rating rules, and maintain a clean, safe theatre environment. The role requires flexible scheduling with weekend availability, on-site work, and opportunities for career advancement within the entertainment industry. Desired skills include strong communication, public speaking, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to perform duties across multiple theatre stations; cast certification and, if applicable, alcohol-service training are required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- If the theatre sells alcohol, completion of legally required state/local training and obtain the required certificate plus Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking and effective listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks; ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
