Job Summary
Operate and supervise a theatre, administering policies, training staff, and performing all assigned positions. Manage projection and audio-visual equipment, including film handling and maintenance, while monitoring risk management for employee and patron safety. Ensure guest satisfaction, count and reconcile all receipts, and control costs by purchasing supplies and auditing inventory. Supervise theatre maintenance, schedule movie show times, and handle hiring, scheduling, and disciplinary actions in coordination with senior management. Maintain current alcohol certification and complete required training materials.
Required Qualifications
- At least three months supervisory experience
- 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program
- a combination of the above
- showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management
- legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws
- completion of any legally required state or local training
- the required certificate for alcohol service
- completion of the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
- good public speaking skills
- effectively communicate in both oral and written form with employees, vendors, corporate staff, etc.
