Reg Respiratory Therapist I Nights

Respiratory Therapist I night shift at AdventHealth. Responsibilities include documenting procedures accurately, collaborating with the healthcare team for patient flow, enforcing safety regulations, interpreting evaluations and test results to determine appropriate therapy in consultation with the multidisciplinary team, responding to Code Blue emergencies with CPR per AHA, delivering respiratory and oxygen therapies, obtaining and reporting arterial blood gases and co-oximetry, maintaining airways (including resuscitation device use and suctioning), initiating and monitoring mechanical ventilation, and making therapy recommendations based on patient assessments and department protocols. Shift: 7p-7a, 3 nights/week with rotating holidays and weekends. Includes sign-on bonus for experienced RRTs and relocation bonus. Education: Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science; Licenses/Certifications: BLS, State RRT; NBRC RRT preferred.
