Job Summary
Provide in-depth nutritional assessment and follow-up for patients at high nutritional risk; develop care plans including discharge recommendations and diet therapies; participate as a core team member in interdisciplinary patient care and committees for nutrition policy development; may assess patients to determine level of care and implement care plans; serves as a source of nutrition care expertise to MMC staff and associates.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field (required for registry eligibility)
- Registered Dietitian (RD) status with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND); Registration Eligible acceptable for next qualifying exam within 3 months
