Refurbishment Manager

Lead and oversee apartment refurbishments across the community from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality standards; coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and staff to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of capital improvement projects; provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and Sinai leadership; collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure apartment delivery aligns with schedules and standards; implement production and quality control standards, track progress against budgets and milestones, and attend weekly Sales Refurbishment Meetings with updates; manage inventory and supply ordering to keep materials in stock; conduct weekly site walks to monitor safety, cleanliness, and proper installation of materials; manage change orders and communicate updates to relevant teams; act as technical liaison for the Sales Team; support VP and Director of Plant Operations with additional painting and lateral services; coordinate with in-house maintenance to plan repairs and capital projects; maintain resources and provide weekly project updates.
