Job Summary
Provide refunds services and 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service aligned with current policies and procedures. Role emphasizes maintaining a high-quality client experience within the refund workflow, supporting customers through refund transactions, and applying multilingual communication skills (English + French, with Arabic/Portuguese/Spanish as required) across a global operations team. Hybrid work model entails three days in the Paris office (Le Bon Marché), with additional remote flexibility. Requirements include at least 1 year experience in finance, hospitality, or retail, cash handling proficiency, and multilingual capability in English, French, and one of Arabic/Portuguese/Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury)
- Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Proficiency in either Arabic, Portuguese or Spanish is mandatory
