Job Summary
Process customer refund requests accurately and within SLA, investigating and resolving refund-related issues such as payment failures and rejected transactions. Support reconciliation efforts while liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and regional teams, ensuring refunds are processed correctly. Fluently communicate in Mandarin and English, with Bahasa Malaysia proficiency advantageous, to maintain high accuracy in data processing within a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Available to work on a contract basis for 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in payment operations, refunds, finance operations, or customer service
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
