Job Summary
Provides trauma-informed refugee/resettlement services to youth in 24/7 care settings, maintaining professional boundaries and effective relationships. Delivers care in alignment with Continuum of Care, established agency policies, and Title 22/licensing regulations. Utilizes Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, conducts vigilant supervision, supports youth toward treatment goals and daily living activities, transports youth to appointments and family visits, and completes timely documentation.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field (URMRW2 with higher rate or URMRW1 with alternative qualifications per California DSS)
- Experience working with immigrant or refugee populations
- Valid, unrestricted California driver’s license
- Completion and maintenance of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and First Aid/CPR certifications
- Ability to document services and follow complex tasks and policies
