Job Summary
Deliver personalised employment support to people with disabilities from refugee backgrounds, managing a caseload while helping participants prepare for, secure, and maintain work. Build strong relationships with employers to identify opportunities through labour market engagement, job carving, and reverse marketing, implementing the SSI Service Delivery Model to provide holistic, participant-centred support. Collaborate with colleagues and employer partners to create inclusive employment pathways and improve workforce participation, ensuring compliance and achieving program outcomes and KPIs. Arabic speaking is essential for this role to effectively support the target client group.
Required Qualifications
- A willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services
- Arabic speaking
- All employees will undergo a National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check as a condition of employment
