Job Summary
As a Refrigeration Technology Instructor, you will lead hands-on training, engage students, track attendance and grades, and maintain classroom safety and cleanliness. You will manage tools and equipment and assist with curriculum updates while providing tutoring and mentoring. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to lift 50 pounds are essential.
