Job Summary
Perform inspections, diagnostics, and full-scale repairs on refrigeration units and APUs for a wide range of commercial fleet vehicles. Collaborate daily with Service Writers, leadership, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs aligned with DOT and company standards. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers while submitting accurate, timely paperwork to document every job. Requires a high school diploma or GED, DOT Physical certification, and experience with advanced diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems and auxiliary power units (APUs)
- Adept at troubleshooting complex issues
- Adept at collaborating with cross functional teams
- Delivery timely, high quality repairs in alignment with DOT and company standards
- Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

- DOT Physical Compliance
