Job Summary
Respond to service calls and perform mechanical services on cold drink and fountain equipment to ensure proper operating conditions. Maneuver equipment for preventative maintenance, keep refrigeration systems in compliance with company standards, and maintain positive customer relationships. Ensure vehicle parts inventory levels are appropriate and maintain a clean, safe work area. Requires EPA 608 or Universal refrigeration certification, valid driver's license, and mechanical aptitude. Schedule includes Tuesday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification (EPA 608 or Universal)
- Demonstrated mechanical, electrical and technical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting experience
- Prior customer service experience
