Refrigeration Project Manager

Job Summary
Plan and manage mechanical and refrigeration construction projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. Work hands-on with project teams to ensure timely completion, inspecting quality against company standards. Serve as the primary client contact for project execution, proactively identifying and resolving issues while managing schedules, budgets, and documentation. Requires 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical or refrigeration contracting with strong knowledge of heavy industrial construction and refrigeration systems. Full-time role based in the local area with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical or refrigeration contracting
- Proficient in project management software
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Must be able to work hands on with project crews
- Must be able to inspect quality of work for all aspects of the project
- Must be able to serve as primary client contact for project execution
- Must be able to proactively identify and resolve project issues
- Must be able to manage project documentation and reporting
- Must agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners
