Refrigeration Parts Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage the refrigeration parts program by assuring adequate inventory, assisting with procurement and estimates, and reviewing part deficiencies. Process orders, fill back orders, and expedite shipments while working with suppliers. Educate retail customers on parts and services, answer phones, and represent NCU to walk-in clients. Increase sales volume through promotional activities, suggest value items to build loyalty, and assist back counter sales reps. Stock shelves, organize the store, and eliminate excess inventory to increase turns. Complete paperwork accurately and timely, assist with EOY inventory, and support management as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Driver's License in good standing
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, but not limited to, the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, reach overhead, stoop, and squat repetitively for long periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull and/or lift/carry at least 50 pounds
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Proficient with technology
- Day shift
- Monday - Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Transport refrigeration parts experience
- Previous refrigeration parts experience preferred
- Experience in heavy-duty truck/trailer, refrigeration industrial, or auto parts: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- High degree of integrity and a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
