Job Summary
Seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic with at least 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration systems, particularly two stage ammonia systems. Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration equipment. Candidates must have relevant certifications and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial refrigeration
- Certified in Confined Space training
- Current on CPR/First Aid certification
- Trained First Responder – Level A suit qualified
- Trained Haz-Mat responder at 40-hour level
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems
- EPA 608 Type II and III or Universal certification
- Proven understanding of refrigeration blueprints, SOPs, P&IDs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with two stage ammonia systems
- Knowledge of chemical testing for cooling towers
- Proven knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems
