Job Summary
As a Refrigeration Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of powerhouse and refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ASHRAE, and PSM standards. This role involves leading preventive maintenance schedules, collaborating with production teams, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical School certification preferred
- 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with boiler systems strongly preferred
- Must meet all HAZMAT requirements and pass a Pulmonary Function Test
- Strong communication skills — able to write reports and speak effectively with teams or groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OSHA and FSIS regulations
