Job Summary
Assist with all service calls and manage overall upkeep of commercial facilities, completing assigned work orders efficiently to Resort standards. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment while performing preventive maintenance as scheduled. Execute light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, ensuring an eye for detail in troubleshooting with a focus on refrigeration and HVAC systems. Uphold core values, policies, and procedures of the resort while working independently and in a team environment. Most shifts are daytime, including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent work references
- High School diploma, or equivalent GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Must work both independently and in a team environment
- Good to Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must have an eye for detail in the trade with focus on refrigeration and HVAC trouble shooting
- Must possess good organizational and communication skills
- Must be in good physical condition and have the ability to move / lift various objects throughout shift
- Must be comfortable climbing and working on ladders ranging from 6' to 20' heights
- Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift while reaching, bending and stooping frequently
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds across short-medium distance
- Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements
- Must be able to work in all-weather elements and heights
- Mostly daytime shifts, including holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a related field
- Minimum of two or more years of refrigeration maintenance experience
