Job Summary
Oversee refrigeration and utility operations within the plant by leading maintenance on all equipment including routine and preventative work, completing exterior and interior repairs, and managing the work list to ensure safe and timely completion. Train existing and new technicians while coordinating activities with the refrigeration manager and assisting in planning new equipment installations. Ensure all safety policies are followed, lead monthly safety meetings, and climb heights as needed. Must pass verifications for LOTO, pallet jack, forklift, ammonia system, confined spaces, Hazmat, and electrical safety. Requires 5+ years of maintenance/refrigeration experience and ability to work 40-50 hours per week in 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance/refrigeration experience
- Must possess 5+ years of maintenance/refrigeration experience
- Must pass all tests and verifications for: LOTO, pallet jack, forklift, scissor lift, Ammonia system, confined spaces, Hazmat and electrical safety (Arc flash)
- Climb heights
- Complete all exterior and interior repairs as needed

- 1st shift Full Time/Mon-Fri/ Weekends required/40-50 Hours per week
- 100% of our operations are in the surrounding communities of northeast Indiana and southern Michigan
Desired Qualifications
- CIRO certification not required but preferred
