Job Summary

Refractive Surgery Consultant responsible for driving premium refractive, cataract, and oculoplastic revenue across Minnesota Eye Consultants. Own the Premium Services program by increasing premium lens conversion rates, improving patient consultation effectiveness, and aligning physicians and clinical teams to revenue-focused objectives. Provide a positive patient experience, ensuring informed financial decisions. Roles include conducting patient consultations, implementing standardized scripting, tracking conversion rates via CRM, counseling patients with quotes for procedures not covered by insurance, collaborating with marketing to align lead generation with growth, utilizing suggestive selling, following up with patients, and coordinating with the surgery scheduling team. Requirements cite proven consultative/medical sales experience, ability to influence physicians and staff, comfort discussing elective procedures with patients, strong analytical skills, high emotional intelligence, and at least two years of sales experience preferred. Education notes college coursework or equivalent experience in sales/marketing; ophthalmology experience preferred. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401K, and diverse coverage.
