Reform Pilates Instructor role delivering engaging, motivating and safe classes in line with FLG policies and standards. Create a fun, challenging, and inclusive environment to maximise class attendance; support new program rollouts and club initiatives as a brand ambassador; maintain professional communication and teamwork with managers, peers, and staff; commit to ongoing development to stay at the top of your craft; represent the brand through professionalism, service and presentation. Requires registration with AusActive (or equivalent), current First Aid & CPR, Cert 3 in Fitness or higher, certification in relevant programs (e.g. Les Mills, Reform) or willingness to obtain prior to teaching, and WWCC may be required depending on state.
