Job Summary
Prepare surfaces for painting by spot filling, sanding, and masking. Match colors, mix paints, and apply primers, sealers, base coats, and clear coats per OEM specifications. Document repairs with photos, inspect vehicles post-bake and repaired panels for flaws, then correct issues. Clean and polish painted surfaces to meet standards before handing off to Autobody Technicians. Contribute to material usage tracking. Requires Red Seal certification, Class 5 license, and valid work authorization in Canada. Competitive flat rate wages of $24 to $30 plus up to $3/h production bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Red Seal certified or equivalent experience
