Job Summary
Review body work for quality and completeness as it arrives in the paint department, then thoroughly mix, color match, and refinish each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. Complete all refinish operations per work orders while efficiently managing paint material inventory and maintaining safety equipment with proper hazardous waste disposal. Collaborate during daily production meetings and align with the production schedule to meet deadlines, ensuring adherence to all KPIs and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of collision repair experience
- Ability to properly complete all steps in the refinishing process
- Above average quality focus
- High production capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications
