Job Summary
Ensure employee safety, food safety, and environmental compliance standards are implemented and held accountable. Lead production and quality management to meet customer and regulatory specifications while overseeing operational management of the Newark Refinery plant. Establish operational priorities, deploy efficiency improvements, and manage capital and operating budgets to achieve financial objectives. Direct reports on talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. Dayshift schedule with flexibility for evenings and weekends; relocation provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Relocation will be provided for this position
- Work schedule: Dayshift, flexible to work on evenings and weekends as needed
- Position is based in Newark, CA
Desired Qualifications
