Referrer Liaison Officer - Business Development

Referrer Liaison Officer to advance business development for Nexus Hospitals in the Western Region. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with GPs, practice managers, and allied health professionals; promoting Nexus specialists and services to boost visibility and referral confidence; coordinating CPD events, practice visits and referrer engagement activities; representing Nexus at clinical and community events; collaborating with hospital teams and the national marketing function to ensure timely, consistent communication; and gathering referrer insights to inform service improvements and strategic planning. Requires experience in GP liaison/healthcare business development, strong understanding of general practice operations and referral pathways, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and a current driver's license with access to a car (car allowance provided). The role is flexible part-time (2.5 days per week) with travel across the Perth metro area and surrounding regions; a car allowance is provided.
