Referrals Supervisor

Lead and support the Referrals and Telemedicine team by providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, training, and performance development while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture. Oversee referral and telemedicine operations by ensuring timely scheduling, accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks, and adherence to departmental workflows and service standards. Build strong partnerships with providers, clinical teams, and external specialists to expand referral networks, improve communication, and enhance patient access to specialty care. Drive operational excellence by monitoring key performance metrics, conducting quality audits, developing standardized procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across clinic locations. Partner with leadership to implement process improvements, support hiring and onboarding, communicate departmental priorities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
