Job Summary
Monitor referral progress and follow up on physician orders, patient documentation, and Problem Alerts. Receive, review, and process school orders for TennCare and commercial plans while ensuring all documents meet state, insurance, and internal compliance standards. Verify documents are properly labeled, complete, and assigned to the correct patient. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve verification needs promptly and identify opportunities to improve referral workflows and efficiency. Assist with front-desk coverage as needed. This role supports Sidekick Therapy Partners' school-based services, ensuring accurate order processing and timely distribution across Tennessee and North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and switch between tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative healthcare operations preferred
