Referrals Specialist

Coordinate incoming specialist calls, STAT referrals, and faxed attachments to track results and update the JMH system. Process authorized referrals for enrollees, resolve pre-certification and registration concerns, and counsel patients on test instructions. Schedule appointments to outside clinics including Jackson and Bascom Palmer, monitor for no-shows, and notify providers of missed referrals. Maintain professional rapport with community healthcare providers and ensure all functions adhere to established policies. Assist the supervisor with unusual problems and support staff in project-based work. Bilingual preferred; 0-3 years of experience required.
