Referrals Coordinator

Job Summary
Proactively obtain clearances for specialty visits, issue referrals for ancillary services, and secure approvals for medications, DME, home health, and other vital services. Process referral orders and pre-authorizations while coordinating appointments and ancillary services. Respond to patient questions regarding routine billing and insurance matters, and coordinate patient instructional activities, material purchases, and medical equipment rentals. This full-time role requires no weekends, nights, or holidays, with free parking provided. Successful completion of an accredited medical terminology course and one year of progressively responsible work experience are required.
