Job Summary
Ensure timely specialist and procedural referrals are made while adhering to patient insurance and referring provider specifications. Operate multi-line phone systems and computer databases to manage patient information with trustworthiness and accuracy in money-handling. Apply critical thinking to follow established policies, comply with HIPAA laws, and adapt to new technologies. Work cooperatively as a productive team member on an on-call, as-needed basis in McBain, MI.
