Referral Specialist

Coordinate and facilitate patient referrals, specialty services, authorizations, and pre-certifications by verifying insurance eligibility and benefits. Ensure patients are appropriately cleared for referred services while communicating with patients, providers, insurance companies, hospitals, and referral partners to support timely access to care. Maintain accurate referral documentation, follow up on outstanding items, and assist clinical staff with administrative requirements. Follow established policies and procedures to ensure all activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
