Job Summary
Deliver HR Shared Services across functions including HR Operations, Ask HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management. Manage employee lifecycle activities, resolve complex cases ensuring compliance with US policies, and maintain data accuracy in systems like Workday, ADP, or ServiceNow. Collaborate with global stakeholders on process improvements and automation initiatives. This role requires US night shift coverage from the Chennai office and involves mentoring junior team members for Lead positions. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to support US-based employees and drive operational excellence within a global team focused on digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant HR Shared Services experience
- 4–7 years of relevant experience with subject matter expertise and mentoring or leadership exposure
- Experience in HR Operations, Ask HR, US Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, or HR Shared Services
- Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with experience supporting US-based employees and customers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to work US night shifts from the Chennai office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting US HR or Payroll processes is preferred
