Job Summary
Referral Relationship Manager responsible for growing referrals to Ethos Veterinary Health hospital, managing relationships with referring DVMs and clinics, planning and executing CE programs and community events, and coordinating marketing and data-driven initiatives. The role blends field engagement with administrative coordination, requiring relationship-building, event planning, CRM/data analytics, and collaboration with hospital leadership. Key duties include maintaining engagement cadence with referring practices, designing customized outreach approaches, planning CE/open houses, tracking attendance and ROI, managing partnerships with shelters and community organizations, leveraging centralized marketing resources, developing quarterly growth plans, and using CRM and performance data to inform decisions. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, a college degree (preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally for field activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered
- 2-3 years of professional experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive business growth
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or business development roles strongly preferred
- Veterinary medicine or animal health industry experience is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills across in-person, phone, email, and virtual platforms
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and performance reporting tools
- Ability to interpret basic performance metrics and use data to inform decision-making
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to accurately track and submit mileage for reimbursement
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support hospital and community events
