Job Summary
Visit pediatric practices, FQHCs, private practices, hospitals, and community partners face-to-face to introduce Backpack Healthcare services and educate referral sources. Re-engage inactive organizations and build relationships with physicians, social workers, and administrators. Represent the company at assigned community events and document all visits in HubSpot the same day. Submit weekly activity plans and results reports while working a consistent schedule of three field days and one report day.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory
- Consistent availability during the designated weekday hours
- Ability to complete required documentation and weekly reporting
- Outgoing and personable
- Reliable and comfortable driving between multiple locations each day
- Confident with cold outreach and introducing yourself to new organizations
- A natural relationship builder who can represent Backpack professionally
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic technology for same-day documentation
- Comfortable learning a CRM such as HubSpot
- Dependable and able to maintain consistent weekday availability
