Referral Order Reparation and Volunteer Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate Referral Orders and restorative justice processes to support young people in taking responsibility for their actions. Recruit, train, and support volunteers while organizing Youth Offender Panels and developing community-based reparation opportunities. Work closely with partners, victims, and volunteers to promote rehabilitation, reduce reoffending, and strengthen community involvement within the Youth Justice Service. This role requires a recognized professional qualification in youth work or justice, experience with children and families, and knowledge of relevant legislation and government policy.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised professional qualification relating to youth work, youth justice, social work, probation, police or health.
- Demonstrate experience of working with children and families in a youth justice service setting.
- A standard of literacy, numeracy and communication skills, at least equivalent to 2 A-levels A*– C grades.
- Knowledge of the legislation, guidance, government policy and research governing the work of the Youth Justice Service and in particular that which relates to the administration of the Referral Order process.
