Referral Marketing Representative

Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, social workers, and case managers at skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities across Omaha. Conduct regular in-person visits and drop-ins across an assigned territory while presenting EHC's value proposition, including the Sensi Co-Pilot and GUIDE Program. Deliver marketing materials, respond to facility questions, and act as a trusted point of contact for referral partners. Track outreach activity, follow up consistently, and report on referral pipeline progress. Identify new partnership opportunities and help expand EHC's referral network. Collaborate with leadership on messaging, targeting, and territory strategy. Represent EHC at community events, lunch-and-learns, and in-service presentations as needed. This part-time role offers flexible hours Monday through Friday, base pay plus commission, and mileage reimbursement.
